I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of moms over the last 12 years. So you can imagine how many times I've been asked how to navigate Mother's Day: "My family wants to do X. What should I do?" "I just don't want to mess up my progress" "Should I still be tracking?" Etc., etc. Most of the fitness industry says, "Don't worry about it! It's just one day.
